I have a lifelong passion for exploration of mind, body and spiritual development. Thirty years of self enquiry and 15
years of personal
dance and body work.
I teach with a nurturing and compassionate approach and from my heart. I hope to help you develop an awareness of your body and of your true nature, as we find stillness through asanas, pranayama and meditation. I encourage and invite you
to learn experientially.
As an experienced teacher of hoop dance and fitness, a performer, a trained massage therapist, reiki practitioner and five years counselling training as a bereavement support worker.
I've lived a full
and experiential life!
Working as a circus workshop leader for adults and children for 1o years and being a parent, I have confidence and experience teaching children physical
skills that build confidence and self-esteem.
Many years of personal research in nutrition and gut health.
Mum to 21 year old daughter.
Long term meditation practice, with focus on self-realisation, how to be a better human.
I bring an holistic approach to the practice of asanas and yoga.

What to Expect in my Classes
Varied classes with themes, be it seasonal, balancing energy centres, body systems, using asanas, pranayama and mudra, Bringing in elements of Vinyasa flow.
Inclusive and for everyone. No need for special yoga clothes or striving for the perfect body.
My aim is to help you find stillness and spaciousness in your mind and in that stillness discover the journey home to the self.
It is my hope that sharing these asanas and meditation practices will help anchor and soothe you in a chaotic world.
Non-competitive and suitable for all levels of experience and all ages.
